Maqlu Tablets – Ancient Babylonian Magical Ceremony & Anti-Witchcraft Rituals Revealed on Cuneiform Records

IMAGINE A WORLD where the “Purge” is real! …except instead of gathering together in large festivals of humans killing humans, the spirit of all rage, anger, evil, pestilence, disease, worry–the very demons of civilization–are burned in effigy, exorcised and banished by public ceremonies–mass movements of conscious energy with world-changing intentions! The sacred Mardukite Babylonian rites and rituals from the “Maqlu” cuneiform tablet collection suggest just that!

[The remainder of this Mardukite blog post is excerpted from the newly revised and updated 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition Mardukite Liber-M pocket hardcover — The Maqlu Ritual Book: A Pocket Companion to Babylonian Exorcisms, Banishing Rites & Protective Spells by Joshua Free — also appearing in the forthcoming anthologies: “Necronomicon-The Anunnaki Grimoire” (Hardcover, May 30) and “Practical Babylonian Magic” (Paperback, June 21).]

THE MAQLU RITUAL BOOK is a collector’s edition of a long-lost translated cuneiform tablet collection revealing the most ancient and complete guide to Babylonian spiritual and magical protection spells, exorcisms rites, and banishing rituals–right from the heart of Mesopotamia as used by Mardukite priests, priestesses and magicians of Sumerian Anunnaki tradition. It makes the perfect addition to any modern “Mesopotamian Neopaganism” library collection!

MAQLU TABLET 1

Within Joshua Free’s MAQLU RITUAL BOOK you will discover the most ancient and coveted complete magical manual concerning the Dark Arts ever known to man–newly translated and prepared by the “Mardukite Research Organization” for a special 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition. This tome celebrates a decade of intensive academic and esoteric exploration, drawn from the underground archives of “Mardukite Chamberlains,” and now accessible to the modern public for contemporary practice in an incredible new way for the first time ever.

Here is an authentic cuneiform tablet collection–perhaps the very first “spellbook” of its kind on the planet–the complete account of a Mesopotamian magical tradition that forms a “grimoire” of very real and very ancient Sumerian Anunnaki magic. “The Maqlu Ritual Book” reveals materials used by magicians and priests for thousands of years to reverse the effects of evil spells and curses, banish disease and nightmares, combat in wizards’ duels, and even conjure protection and blessings of the gods to benefit the entire community!

The Maqlu Ritual Tablets of Babylon… no mere “folk magic” or rural witches Book of Shadows, the Maqlu cuneiform tablet series was first in possession only of the highest orders of priest-scribes, temple-magicians, priestesses and kings of ancient Mesopotamia–the ancient “cradle of modern human civilization.” Maqlu magic was so powerful that the government of the greatest ancient empires in history employed it to ensure prosperous lands, happiness among the population, and carrying the awesome abilities to dispel chaos, evil, and malignant forces in the world–things we long for, and are in great need of, even today. Perhaps this long forgotten occult secret is the key!

“The complete “Maqlu” operation evolved from what was once probably a much simpler, mostly internalized, meditative and solitary protection ritual used by the earliest priests, priestesses and magicians in Mesopotamia. It later developed more dramatically as a public “Fire Festival” in Sumer and Babylonia, involving entire community populations gathered together in combined mass focuses of emotional and spiritual intention to “drive out” or dispel “evil” and “evil-doers” of the land. Here we see an ancient demonstration in effective abilities of mass-consciousness moving energies when large groups—or better, the majority of the population—focuses on a specific “emotional” event. Even as “quantum” events, the social effects carry very real ramifications for the consciousness of the population—and perhaps the greater cosmos as a whole in this entangled universe. So long as the event is properly orchestrated, the individuals need not even be aware of the exact esoteric nature of their participation.”

Reviving the Secret Anunnaki Tradition of Babylon : ‘Mardukite Core’ 10th Anniversary “Gates of the Necronomicon”

“The first religious, spiritual and occult systems — those appearing in their original form as the mystical traditions of Mesopotamia — were rooted in a sacred relationship established between humans and gods. All of the original spiritual traditions, or “magic”, on the planet — the basis for everything manifesting after the fact — was rooted simply in ‘service’ to the gods. Specific priests and priest-kings were selected by ancient ‘laws’ set down by the Anunnaki, and their function was to serve as an intermediary, to stand between the general human population of ‘earth’ and the sky gods of ‘heaven’.” —JOSHUA FREE

[This mardukite blog post quotes Joshua Free from a live workshop regarding the ‘Mardukite Core’ given on November 15, 2009 while visiting the Pacific Northwest, networking in the underground occult community for the original release of the Year-1 ‘Mardukite Core’ as NECRONOMICON: THE ANUNNAKI BIBLE, when the Year-2 GATES OF THE NECRONOMICON materials were about to be first developed.]

“It was only during the later evolution of these system-based traditions over thousands of years that resulted in the more ‘kabbalistic’ approaches available to modern seekers today — and this myriad of possible forms is so wrapped up in numerous progressive attempts drawn from human consciousness (and the perspective of the ‘observer’) that one could spend literally multiple human lifetimes in their unraveling — because the cumulative ‘systems’ have simply grown that big, by necessity of course; we just can’t have ‘free spirits’ coming in and out of reality all the time! We just can’t have it. This all being said — the initial effort made in reconstructing a spiritual tradition toward the original Sumerian Anunnaki is first and foremost to ‘establish and maintain a self-honest relationship’ with the Anunnaki. In terms of the Mardukite effort, we have retained the original semantics used by the Sumerians who first encountered these beings: ANUNNAKI.”

“The word ANUNNAKI is Sumerian — or Akkadian — in origin and means in one sense literally “heaven came to earth” and is interpreted by Zecharia Sitchin as “those who came down from heaven to earth” or else sky gods. In the past it has also been translated by scholars to mean “those who decree (cut) the fates,” or else “divine judges.” There are actually references to ‘Seven Judges’ on several ancient cuneiform incantation tablets. But these tablets also indicate that the Anunnaki seeded not only the ‘genetics’ of early modern humans but also the infrastructure — societal systems of human civilization — an evolution of the same systems and an extension of the same civilization that humans experience today! For many, the journey will end right there — for the way ahead in all of this appears too difficult or obscure…the esoteric and occult is called what it is for a reason, and will always be understood by the few, outside and apart from public (mass) opinion and scrutiny. For there is much simply not worth taking time to debate. There are many people who will simply not choose to know — comfortable as they are with the worldview they have already found.”

The emphasis of the “Year-1” Mardukite Chamberlains work — or ‘Mardukite Core’ — compiled in its entirety for NECRONOMICON: THE ANUNNAKI BIBLE is specifically what could be considered “Mardukite” from an Egypto-Babylonian perspective. The works reviewed are the most famous and influential to come form NABU’s (Son of MARDUK) ‘Order of Priest-Scribes’ in ancient post-Sumerian Babylon — where cuneiform clay tablets were forged to show the Anunnaki deity MARDUK as supreme. In regards to the Anunnaki pantheon, a “Sumerian” background [relayed in Year-2 work, such as Liber-50, contained in GATES OF THE NECRONOMICON or THE SUMERIAN LEGACY by Joshua Free] will almost undermine ‘legitimacy’ concerning newer Babylonian hierarchies of the Anunnaki — a “Sumerian Secret” concealed in the Babylonian renderings emphasized in the “Year-1” reflection of a pure “Babylon-through-Babylonian-eyes.”

A Guide to the Modern Revival of Ancient Mesopotamian Religion | New Babylon

Commemorating the 10th Anniversary of the modern “Mardukite” inception, Director of the “Mardukite Research Organization”Joshua Free—is taking great strides to reintroduce a new generation of “NexGen” Truth Seekers to the revolutionary New Thought developments released by the “Mardukite Truth Seeker Press” to encourage a modern revival of ancient Mesopotamian religion—using the specific underground tradition of the “Mardukite” Babylonians as a base… such has never been done before on the planet for thousands of years!

Central to efforts for reviving the ancient Mesopotamian traditions and Mardukite Babylonian (including Chaldean and Assyrian) systems of esoteric magic, astronomy and philosophy—the inception of this modern “Mardukite” mystical, spiritual and archaeological revival first emphasizes exploration of the Mesopotamian Mysteries as collected within the once underground source book, developed by the “Mardukite Chamberlains” during their first active year and now revised, re-edited and revisited for a 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition Hardcover as: NECRONOMICON: THE ANUNNAKI BIBLE edited by Joshua Free.

Joshua Free explains on a recent episode of ‘Mardukite TV’, rebooted on YouTube for the Mardukite 10th Anniversary—

“Although the greater body of our [Mardukite] work is more encompassing and universal than strictly ‘Ancient Near East’ studies, one of the core fundamental topics of esoteric history and tradition that we do focus on is the ‘Source’—the oldest systematized aspects of modern human development—the origins of writing itself; the ability to record history; also the inception of many worldly systems, beliefs, programming and civic aspects, all of which bring us back to the heart of Mesopotamia and the cuneiform tablet records of the Nabu priest-scribes of Babylon. These ‘magicians’ literally used a newly refined language and the ability to record written communication to actually shape human consciousness and beliefs… These systems have continued to remain in the control of higher orders of citizens, business and other authority…”

NECRONOMICON: THE ANUNNAKI BIBLE is a collected works anthology comprised of seven discourses originally released separately to the underground in 2009 (and 2010). It is an unparalleled unequaled modern collection of the most ancient writings on the planet—brought together with the explicit purpose of being used, as relevant today as the day the cuneiform clay tablets were first formed. The book has been prepared for the “every man,” without the need for previous experience or esoteric education—although someone with some will undoubtedly find that it advances their prior gleanings greatly. Those supporters who have taken a step back to see the wide-angle “big picture” source knowledge that this provides and how relevant it is to global history, traditions and civic evolution have found that this paradigm or methodology is superior to all alternatives available to us today.

Many people are familiar with—or are traditionally taught—a limited view of human history, mostly restricted to a classical period of Greeks and Romans, and maybe even a little nod in the direction of the Egyptians. There is little or no attention given to the “less-accessible” and “less understood” sources of these later developments in human civilization—sources that extend back to Mesopotamia, the Anunnaki and the Mardukite Babylonians. Personal feelings and misrepresented politics regarding areas now known as the “Middle East” really do not help matters. Not to mention that current populations in these areas do not observe these ancient traditions either. So, there really was no representation for this path in the “New Age” or any decent source material for an authentic resurgent revival before the Year-1 2009 work of the modern “Mardukite Chamberlains” that is culminated as NECRONOMICON: THE ANUNNAKI BIBLE edited by Joshua Free.

Accept no imitations or substitutions… This is the book you want to get you on your way!

SUMERIANS, BABYLONIANS & ANUNNAKI GODS OF ANCIENT MESOPOTAMIAN RELIGION

Secrets of the Anunnaki & The Origins of Babylon

RETURN TO THE SOURCE — to traditions and spirito-mystical systems of the Middle East, those born from ancient Sumerians and afterward extended to interpretation by Chaldeo-Babylonians, Akkadians, Assyrians and even Egyptians. The spread of this tradition across Europe led to even more fanciful and colorful realizations of the primary Olympian mythology first realized in ancient Mesopotamia!

Discover the secrets for yourself in SUMERIAN RELIGION by Joshua Free — The most critically acclaimed and bestselling materials from the Mardukite Research Organization now available in one volume! A master compilation of mythological and religious exploration into the heart of ancient Mesopotamian Mysteries, this easy-to-read post-modern anthology illuminates the ancient world using revolutionary teachings and source materials in a way never before seen… for thousands of years!

The nature, identity and relationship of ancient Mesopotamian Anunnaki “gods” – those of the Sumerians and Babylonians – is very important, not only for understanding the literally ‘Mardukite’ work, but also for possessing a greater ‘wideangle’ vision of life, reality and existence – not to mention understanding your own place and legacy within it.

All of the original and later work of the ‘Mardukites’, all of these other authors and producers and their theories and explanations of things past, present and even future – they are all dependent on a clear and concise basis of understanding and comprehension of the very root element that it all surrounds – the very beings that made all of this history and human development possible. For without this key knowledge, and an objective one-to-one correlation of this knowledge with reality, all of the other research, reading and even the experience of life and reality will be undertaken ‘out of context’ of what is Truth.

The meaning and innate desire to pursue truth, particularly what has been known as the Secret of the Ages, is no less obvious in the realm of science and academia then it is in the world of the occultist. Those who have been dubbed ‘occultists’ or ‘esotericists’ are not the only ones interested in SUMERIAN RELIGION, nor are they even the original ones. Only the methodologies and intentions differ. And yet again – all is connected.

The recovery of the truth of mankind’s past is paramount to the fate of humanity’s future. Thus, it should could by no surprise that the geographic terrain of its origins has been the victim of unyielding war and suffering for thousands of years – further enshrouding those unveiling efforts with a measure of hesitation and doubt painted by political opinions of the modern Middle East, and for our purposes, what the academicians have called the Ancient Near East. Relative power within the modern world and human society is a ‘fleeting glamour’ and wholly representative; yet, if anything on the planet can be said to represent ineffable true worldly power by the ‘sword’ and ‘shield’ of truth, it is from those objects of ancient knowledge that come to us from this place.

SUMERIAN RELIGION by Joshua Free : Arriving on the surface world from the underground – an amazing insight into the Anunnaki ‘alien gods’ and the establishment of human civilization famously accounted by the Sumerian and Babylonian traditions. Prolific writer, Joshua Free, presents this topic such as the modern world has never before had access to, developed from the revolutionary work conducted by the next generation of Seekers actively using a revival Anunnaki tradition in the present day. SUMERIAN RELIGION is not merely the presentation of dry academic renderings of obscure tablets; this book will take you on a progressive journey that is just as relevant and critical today as it was thousands of years ago! Uncover the mysteries that lay hidden in ancient Sumer, with a message so relevant today, it is no wonder it became the greatest kept secret of Babylon!

Divine Magic & Secret Holy Names : High Magickal Tradition Origins in Ancient “Alien” Priesthoods

sumerians-65429007-589x171

Above all of the possible magic words to be invoked, the Divine Names are held in the highest regard by priest-magicians and wizards – meaning, of course: “names” for God. Joshua Free explains in the new Fifth Anniversary Second Edition of Mardukite Liber-K: ENOCHIAN MAGIC & KABBALAH: SUMMONING ANGELS, ALIENS, UFOs & OTHER DIVINE ENCOUNTERS.

enochianmagic2017cropsmallPutting aside the more ‘conventional’ implements of the magical arts; the garments and regalia, the tools and sigil seals – it is NAMES and WORDS that appear most significant when encountering ‘higher forms’ of the esoteric mysteries…

Similar to the way in which ‘existence’ becomes more dense and fragmented as the varying lights and veils are perfected until we reach the manifested existence within human perceptual abilities, the Names of God became increasingly ‘mutated’ with time and the myriad of ‘language semantics’ that were later applied to this form of cryptomancy.

Given the emphasis put on ‘words’ and ‘names’ in the Anunnaki tradition – as found evident on Sumerian and Babylonian cuneiform clay tablets – it is not surprising that we should see a mystical lore related to the same carried by the priests and magicians of the later derived system-traditions: the Kabbalah, Egypto-Greek Hermetics and of course native Chaldean and Zoroastrian movements – all of which based on a ‘personal’ relationship with Divinity by means of a ‘secret’ or ‘esoteric’ lore that enabled them to call upon and recognize these ‘forces’.

enochian-banner

Priests of the Anunnaki tradition acted as intermediaries between the human population and the beings perceived as “Divine” that often resided in their very cities, occasionally occupying the ‘ziggurat-temples‘ built on the highest mounds of each region. In the proto-Sumerian traditions, the priest-magicians were the only ones who were able to transmit any communication with the Anunnaki “Sky Gods” of their observed pantheon.

This shifts during the post-Sumerian or Babylonian-Mardukite period, as a rise in local or ‘personal’ magic becomes present among the common folk. During this post-Sumerian period, many individual members of the Anunnaki group became patron ‘central’ deities to different areas, an act that furthered the fragmentation of knowledge.

hammurabi21233 After the magical arts were given to the people, the Hermetic attempts began at ‘unlocking’ the esoteric secrets withheld by the original priests and caretakers of the traditions. Uncovering Divine Names was one of the more ‘paramount’ acts to making the newer systems function – a means of going around the intermediaries socially and politically installed to oversee the religion and spirituality of the people. It is here that we begin to see ‘magic’ as a part of ‘counter-culture’ existing outside of, and in many cases in opposition to, the Realm.

Rather than being a state-religious affair celebrated openly in public view, the practice of magic began to turn ‘inward’ and was pushed further and further underground as the growing populations and varying personalities each had their influence on its character.

Mystical use of the Kabbalah, such as we find with the Enochian system and other methods involved in the late 19th century ‘magical revival’ by members of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, is heavily dependent on the use of “Divine Names” or other “less-divine” (even “infernal”) names as words of power. Although derived from the same sources, this is generally typical only of post-Babylonian systems, at the Age of Aries (c.2100 BC).

enochianmagic2017cropsmall We see evidence of it throughout the Hermetic traditions of the last 3,000 years and in virtually every example of ‘magical grimoire’ or ‘tome of magick’ at our disposal. Clearly, the author-carriers of this type of lore treated the names as ‘sacred formulas’ critical to the success of the ‘transcendental operations.

Starting around 2,000 years ago, they started being classified as exactly that: formulas.

Babylonian Astrology & Age of Aquarius: How the Sumerians Measured the Heavens

10514761_482280898571526_123244564401630173_n2

“The ancient Sumerians understood the connection between cycles, time and mathematics. In addition to the pragmatic use of the wheel or circle, they also developed the initial calculations of the circle to be 360 degrees. Their use of base-60 ‘sexagesimal’ math in the systematic measurement of time has carried with humanity to this day…”

[This mardukite.com blog post is officially excerpted from Liber 51/52, available in the anthology Mesopotamian Religion by Joshua Free. It is also available as the stand-alone title: Sumerian Religion II, and in the Mardukite Year-2 Anthology: Gates of the Necronomicon by Joshua Free.]

MesopotamianReligionFrontcrop The annual year was originally only divided into three seasons: beginning, middle and end. A year in Babylonia was separated into a cycle of 12 periods of 30 degrees or days. These periods, equated to the ‘moon’, were called ‘moonths’ or more appropriately ‘months’. Of course, the sky-wise priests were aware of the actual appearance of 13 lunar cycles in a year, so an additional shortened month was acknowledged to make the cycle fit. In most cases, a ‘new moon’ meant a ‘new month’ and so the days counted in a month are the days counted in the progression of a moon – though naturally the disparities between lunar and solar time had to be accounted for, and with time the ‘Chaldeans’ had perfected it.

cuneisdgsdg The annual cycle was marked distinctly by two primary religious festivals – the spring festival of Akitu and the winter festival of Zagmuk. Both appear to be represented or distinguished by the symbol of ‘divine marriage’, later meaning the relationship between the ruling king and his lands.

Originally, however, the more popular fertility interpretation of these festivals, particularly in the spring, were based on land renewal and with the development and spread of these tradition, Akitu became known as Ostara – the pagan Easter – in dedication to Ishtar (Inanna). Not too surprisingly, the pre-Christian account incorporated into the symbolism of the later Judeo-based traditions also includes the proverbial theme of resurrection – in our case: the infamous story of Ishtar’s ‘descent‘ into the ‘Underworld’, where she is perceived of as ‘dead’ for three days.

vlcsnap-2011-08-13-21h32m43s221 Given the way modern calendars are oriented, the start of each ancient month would be considered near the ‘middle’ of current months – much like the seasonal observations. Although the festivals in ancient times were oriented to the naturally occurring solstices and equinoxes, it was often customary to observe them ceremonially during the closest full moon. All of this gave way to a generally ‘fluid’ incorporation of time into society that is varied in its interpretations among modern scholars.

The ancients made use of ‘water-clocks’ at night and ‘sun-clocks’ during the day. But more important to the survival of an agricultural society then gauging the minutes of a day for a ‘time-punch’ was the tracking of the annual cycle for planting and harvesting. Quite different than what the remainder of the Western World has familiarity with, the seasonal cycles in the deserts of Babylonia are unique. We have a recognizable summer in June, July and August where there is not rain and nothing grows – as we might expect – but then the region is plunged right into its rainy season in September, and farmers must be ready to plant their barley by October with a harvest necessary before the summer sun returns.

Gates3rdEdfrontcropMINI A different system of observation was used to calculate and measure ‘divine time’ in relation to ‘earth time’. This gave rise to what contemporaries call an ‘age’ – such as the current ‘age’ of Pisces and the forthcoming ‘age’ of Aquarius. Apart from the garbled nonsense of today’s horoscopes, the observation of zodiacal ages and alignments during the year are very real events. For whatever credibility the modern mind might wish to give the ancient astrologie omen tablets, the ability to perfectly chart time over long periods by using verifiable astronomical events, that we can even rely on today as investigators into this ancient culture, is quite impressive by any standards.

We can establish the chronological procession of the ages, but not necessarily a definition of when they have absolute turning points. They are measured in 2,160 year periods (72 x 30), connected to their ‘domain’ of visibility in the ‘Celestial Sphere’. The progression is visible in the stars but the clear boundary line that defines each is in many ways obscure. For example, when specifically does the current age enter ‘Aquarius’? Counting backward, the Mardukite school of thought might have suggestive input to apply.

259202494_2439cd36a1_o2 Following earlier thwarted attempts to solidify global rulership, the real Babylonian Reformation by the Anunnaki god MARDUK, with the aid of Nabu, occurred as a result of the ‘Age of Aries’ having arrived and ‘promised power’ not being ‘passed’ to him. This would have to be circa 2150 B.C., when the movement became notably public.

How long prior to this, pointing to the turn of the ‘Age of Aries’, would they have waited? If it were only ten years, then the Piscean Age really would have been marked by the birth of Jesus Christ – exactly 2,160 years later – notoriously represented by the fishes. Other ‘scholarly’ dates for the start of the Age of Aries include 2200, 2150, 2000 and 1875 B.C. Based on these figures, this ‘era’ of reportedly ‘new consciousness’ could be in effect now, later in this century, in the year 2150 or even closer to 2600…

Time, as we have found no different today then yesterday, is indeed entirely relative!

ANU – Sumerian gods, Mesopotamian Religion, Babylonian Pantheon Kingship in Heaven

claytabletsheader

The Sumerian tradition made popular in the last century revealed that the Anunnaki pantheon depicted an archetypal “Olympian” pantheon of deities that were originally assigned to twelve positions in the cosmos, later yielding the lore that would give us our “zodiac.”

MesopotamianReligionFrontcrop This mardukite.com blog post is excerpted from the Liber-50 material first appearing in Sumerian Religion by Joshua Free, in addition to the Sumerian Religion anthology Mesopotamian Religion and the Year-2 anthology Gates of the Necronomicon, materials also appearing in the Year-1+2 mega-anthology Necronomicon Anunnaki Legacy (Silver Edition).

Prior to the Ammonite fascination with the local Sun, best observed among the Egyptians and other solar-cults, it was the more “distant” stars that were deemed the “rulers of fate” and “keepers of the
sacred cycles” that kept the organized universe in order.

The “Ancient Ones” from Sumerian prehistory (Abzu, Tiamat, Lahamu, etc.) are given mention in the literature but are viewed as more insubstantial or metaphysical essences of creation, barely able to be personified as traditional deities. We have shown in correlative chapters how such forces could be seen as the primordial essence of the All-Source being first made manifest, but the Sumerians viewed these essences as originally being made substantial in their own personal “All-Father,” a figure-head for their
hierarchical pantheon.

nec The position of Anu in the Sumerian pantheon is as an undisputed “father in heaven,” who acts as the supreme “progenitor” or “father of the gods” from his place as the “king of the local universe.” The “House of Anu” (the traditional “heaven” or “abode of the gods”) is sometimes written as UR.ANU or “Uranus” (from the Greek “Ouranos”) and his most sacred place of “worship” on earth was in Uruk at the temple of E.ANNA – also translated to mean “House of Anu.” The number of his rank is sixty – the number of cosmic perfection.

Mesopotamian traditions came to view Anu in a similar manner as the abstract Babylonian expression of Ilu, where he became the “Lofty One” or “Supreme God Most High” in the pantheon, a remote, distant and indiscriminate All-Father much more representative of the “Heavenly Father” that Jesus alluded to in the New Testament then that of the Old Testament God of the Hebrew. The solidity of his personification becomes increasingly faint in descending traditions, and though within his power, he rarely intervenes or makes an appearance to the “earth” world of gods and men. His main function in the pantheon is as the “Father” of the gods, who are then mainly left to deal with material universe on their own accord.

cuneisdgsdg Few of the incantation tablets (or “prayers”) invoke the powers of Anu directly. The heavenly force is perceived as too vast to be channeled directly by the successors and to degrade it to anything more accessible would be to compromise the nature of what is represented.

In the Semitic traditions the role of Kingship in Heaven is equated to the full extent of power that keeps the universe in motion, contained in an “unspeakable” and “unknowable” name (termed the “Tetragrammaton” in the modern Hebrew-based mysticism).

It is more common for the Sumerian magician or priest to evoke a subsidiary deity from the pantheon (lineage) to invoke the names known to them rather than pursue methods of Egypto-Hermetic cryptomancy to divine and compel spirits against their will using “true-names.” In the Chaldeo-Babylonian tradition, the names of Enki and Marduk are evoked to speak the names (and later deriving traditions often used them to replace obscure and “secret” names altogether).

“True indeed there was a supreme name which possessed the power of commanding the gods and extracting from them a perfect obedience, but that name remained the inviolable secret of Hea [EA – Enki]. In exceptionally grave cases he [the enchanter] besought Hea, through the mediator Silikmulukhi [Marduk], to pronounce the solemn word in order to re-establish order in the world and restrain [temper] the powers of the abyss. But the enchanter did not know that name, and could not in consequence introduce it into his formulae… he could not obtain or make use of it, he only requested the god who knew it to employ it, without endeavoring to penetrate the terrible secret himself.”

The quest toward the uncovering of ancient arts has a fundamental theme in mind: the establishment of true knowledge concerning the powers these arts were dedicated to and then a working relationship with these powers. This is the true “wizard’s” art, who pleases the “gods” in such a way as to attain “favors,” and does not waste time provoking malignant spirits to their circle, fearing for their lives at the mistaken utterance of an incantation. The true and ancient system is nothing like this.

cunei Given what is available in the most ancient writings recovered, we are brought to the traditions and spirito-mystical systems of the Middle East, those born from the ancient Sumerians and alter extended to interpretations by the Chaldeo-Babylonians, Akkadians, Assyrians and even Egyptians. The spread of this tradition across Europe led to even more fanciful and colorful realizations of the primary Olympian mythology that had first been realized in ancient Mesopotamia.

1001015_318340804969022_2026839541_n The ancient Sumerians called this race of “Sky Gods,” the “Anunnaki.” Their legacy and influence on the planet and towards the cultivation of human civiliz-ation is only recently becoming common knowledge within the last few decades. Of course, with this, has also come an increased amount of “fluff” and “bullshit” by many who have caught this wave and either believe they do know something, or else are intentionally misguided to further the misrepresentations that now run rampant in modern spiritual revivals, New Age literature and on the internet.

MesopotamianReligionFrontcrop Given the restricted access to a lot of the source materials available, many in contemporary society are simply uneducated enough, themselves, to properly discern this flood of information. This was, in fact, on the surface level, one of the purposes for the establishment of the modern Mardukite Ministries, far more than to extend covert devotion to a specific deity in the pantheon, Marduk, for which the name was derived.

The Anunnaki beings are in fact the “gods” who made an appearance as “divine representatives” to all of the ancient cultures on the earth planet. What’s more, their presence was later interpreted in the guise of “fairy tales,” which seem to carry remnants of a folk magic tradition from ancient times into to today. Curiously, the “ceremonial magic” of the priests of old, including the self-styled magicians of today, are really working with these same forces, simply under other guises and names. Given this to be the case, the proper understanding of and establishment of our position with these beings, as part of the greater whole, is perhaps the most paramount endeavor of our physical existence.
