MARDUKITE GRADE-IV WIZARD LEVEL-0 introduces systematic design of Bodies, Minds and Universes. Emphasis turns toward a new methodology of techniques to put personal power of consideration, creative ability and command of imagination back under full Self-determination. An extension of earlier work (as it applied to newer goals) comprised an Academy draft of “Liber-3C” in Summer 2020, but reissued as “Unit-3” in METAHUMAN DESTINATIONS (Liber-Two).
